Titan Funding Group is a privately held Oregon corporation owned and operated by partners Mark Peterson and Todd Walcott with over 40 years of mortgage lending experience combined.

What distinguishes Titan Funding Group from other mortgage companies?

We provide all loan originators and their clients with Titan Level next day service on underwriting, condition review, document preparation and funding through a unique relationship with wholesale lender Hyperion Capital Group, LLC.

As a result, approximately 80% of the company’s eligible production is sent to Hyperion. If Hyperion does not have the best product for the client, the loan can be delivered to another lender. In all instances, where an alternate lender is needed, no penalties are imposed onto the loan originator or their client – a very important customer service distinction between Titan Funding Group and other mortgage brokerages, banks and credit unions.
