We provide all loan originators and their clients with Titan Level next day service on underwriting, condition review, document preparation and funding through a unique relationship with wholesale lender Hyperion Capital Group, LLC.

As a result, approximately 80% of the company’s eligible production is sent to Hyperion. If Hyperion does not have the best product for the client, the loan can be delivered to another lender. In all instances, where an alternate lender is needed, no penalties are imposed onto the loan originator or their client – a very important customer service distinction between Western Mortgage Brokers and other mortgage brokerages, banks and credit unions.
